Kazi Gulshan Nahar Madina is an eminent educationist and cultural activist. She is a professor at University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. She is also chairman of Nijera Kori, an NGO which works with landless people. She was honoured with Naren Biswas Award 2013 for her contribution towards developing recitation as a performing art in Bangladesh.
